Какво всъщност получаваме в дълбочина чрез това поведение и какво е то за нас? Дали наистина е толкова вредно или „дозирано“ според нашето лично усещане може да е всъщност дори полезно за нас? Само ние знаем отговорите на тези въпроси… Затова нека изследваме това поведение/ навик/ порок и стъпка по стъпка намерим начин и път да го променим. Нека е лесно, приятно и плавно.
